almond cookies (1)

Wheat Free Almond Flax Oatmeal Cookies

1 lb bag Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
1 lb bag Bob's Red Mill Flax Meal
1 lb bag Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour
4 sticks of Butter or 2 cups Coconut Oil
8 lg Eggs
2 cup Honey
* can be reduced for smaller batches

Preheat oven to 350*
Mix dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Cut melted butter/coconut oil into dry ingredients until crumbly.
Whisk eggs and honey together in a separate bowl, add to large bowl.
Mix well and spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
*makes 60-80 spoon sized cookies.

Dancing Gaia: Nature of Movement & Meditation

We’ll begin class with deep breathing, energy building, and gentle stretching warm-ups. Class continues with a unique blend of Tai Chi, Yoga, Qigong, and Tae Kwon Do style movements.
